At VELOFIT, we are proud to offer FREE shipping on all orders!

Order Processing Times:

Please allow 1-3 business days to process and dispatch your order after it is placed. An order is considered dispatched when it is handed over to our shipping carrier and is in transit to your chosen address. During peak times and holidays, processing times may extend up to 7 business days.

Estimated Shipping Times:

The estimated delivery time of your package depends on the overall transit time after dispatch, which varies based on your location. Please find the estimated shipping times below:

  • 🇨🇦 Canada: 7-14 business days
  • 🇬🇧 United Kingdom: 7-14 business days
  • 🇦🇺 Australia: 10-20 business days
  • 🌍 Rest of the World: 15-30 business days

Please note that during peak times and holidays, shipping carriers may experience delays that are out of our control. If your order is shipping internationally, unexpected customs delays may occur, which could extend the delivery timeframe.

Order Changes and Accurate Shipping Details:

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all shipping details are accurate at checkout. Incorrect or incomplete details may result in delayed processing or order cancellation. If system-detected address issues arise, our customer support will email you within 3 business days to verify your details. If no response is received, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

Should you notice an error in your shipping information, please email us at radabotezatu@gmail.com within 24 hours of placing your order. While we will try to accommodate changes, we cannot guarantee them after this time period.

Delayed Delivery:

We understand the importance of receiving your order promptly. However, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as:

We will notify you if any delays arise and keep you updated throughout the process. VELOFIT is not liable for delays caused by external factors but will always strive to assist and resolve any issues.

Lost or Stolen Packages:

Once a package is handed over to our courier partners, VELOFIT is no longer responsible for its handling. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact us at radabotezatu@gmail.com, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.

We recommend filing a claim directly with the courier company, and we will also follow up with them on your behalf. Please note that lost or stolen packages are not covered by our refund policy, but we may offer a replacement depending on the situation.
