At VELOFIT, we are dedicated to providing products that enhance your cycling experience, whether through high-quality bicycles, apparel, or gear. We believe in the effectiveness of our products and recommend using them for at least 14 days before considering a return. If you are not satisfied with your purchase after 14 days, and within our 30-day money-back guarantee, please contact us at radabotezatu@gmail.com.
Cancellation Policy
To make changes or cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours of placing it. After this period, we may not be able to accommodate your request as the order will likely be in the processing phase. If you cancel your order within the 24-hour window, we will process your refund within 7 business days.

We are confident in the performance of VELOFIT products, and we encourage you to try them for at least 14 days. If you are still not satisfied, you can return the items after 14 days and within 30 days of purchase under our money-back guarantee. Please note that any shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Damaged Items
We take great care in packaging to ensure your products arrive in excellent condition. If an item is physically damaged or defective, it qualifies as damaged. Please note, damage to packaging (e.g., dented boxes) does not count as damage if the product itself is intact.
If your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 72 hours of delivery. Email us at radabotezatu@gmail.com with a clear photo of the damage. We will assess your case and, if eligible, replace the item at no additional cost. VELOFIT does not refund, replace, or accept returns for items damaged due to normal wear and tear, misuse, or accidental damage.
Shipping and Delivery
While we strive to ensure timely deliveries, VELOFIT is not responsible for delays caused by factors outside of our control, such as courier issues, customs delays, or unforeseen events during transit. For delivery problems, please contact the courier directly. We are not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once handed over to the shipping carrier.
Incorrect Shipping Address
It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping address at checkout. If you realize an error, you must notify us within 24 hours. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of any right to a refund or a resend.
